Getting Started
The first step is to reach out and schedule a brief consultation (free of charge). This gives us a chance to talk and see if working together would be a good fit.
If we decide to move forward, your first session will be an intake meeting with me. We’ll meet one-on-one so I can get to know you, hear about your concerns, and gather any relevant history. If you’re a minor, a parent or guardian can join.
This session is also your chance to ask questions about therapy and what to expect. Afterward, we’ll schedule ongoing sessions that fit your needs and goals.
