I provide individual mental health assessment and counseling to adolescents (15+) and adults, both in person and via telehealth. I'm licensed to provide counseling services to clients located in Iowa and Minnesota. Wherever you're logging in from within these states, I'm able to support you.

Getting Started
The first step is to reach out and schedule a brief consultation (free of charge). This gives us a chance to talk about your needs and see if working together would be a good fit.
If we decide to move forward, your first session will be an intake session with me. We’ll meet one-on-one so I can get to know you better, hear more about your concerns, and gather any relevant history. If you’re a minor, a parent or guardian can join.
This session is also your chance to ask questions about therapy and what to expect. Afterward, we’ll schedule ongoing sessions that fit your needs and goals.
